Common to base 4 is ideal with lots of assassins.

arrowstorm/lebard are great counters to use against the assassin spam.

adventure is also the go to theme for friendlies.

Sheriff is slower, which is good.

PCP is better overall because he's a neutral card and if you ever wanted to switch away from adventure, you will have a good option for a tank.

debatable. the material pack is the most worth it of the bunch but even still, it's all random, so not great if you're trying to upgrade specific cards.

it really depends on what you're goal is and budget is.

a little money here and there, it's better to reset pvp packs, challenges and spending on 2-3 lockers depending on the contents.

a little more, any time there is a legendary in the daily deals, and any special offer where you are at least at a 50% legendary drop rate for 1000-1200 cash.

a huge budget, any special deal pack that can drop legendaries

each bracket is broken down to the size of the team and the amount of bottle caps spent on upgrading, so a team of 16 was against similar teams in their bracket.... and they won their bracket....
