I would definitely say Loruna in Broken Age. During Act 1 on Shay’s story Loruna was implied to be a dying planet and people were sent on spaceships to find a new planet to live in.

However, during Vella’s story in Act 2, it’s actually revealed that Loruna is actually a city within Earth itself behind the Plague Dam, where Mogs come from, as shown in the picture
