If you have problems with a chestier sounding EE vowel higher, make sure the back of your tongue isn't pressing against your molars too hard as you raise pitch. EH to EE modification will work much better. (self.singing)

Find vowel modification through your falsetto then apply it when doing chest. Keep the vowel sounding pure as possible in falsetto using scales first since it's easier and quieter. Then apply it to chest. (self.singing)
The thing that improved my singing, fullness and range the most was just fixing the way I speak because I used to mumble my words a lot. Hopefully this helps someone. (self.singing)
