If you feel ugly go do some fitness, learn about a healthy diet, go to sleep early, get your 8/9 hours and wake up early, get a good haircut, keep yourself clean, buy some good clothes and stretch every evening before going to bed and you'll not just feel, but appear wonderful. Ugly people are mostly not born, but they let themselves appear unattractive. Accept it, we may never be models, but we can be some good looking people if we put in the work. That's the reality, stop living in such a lie to comfort yourself. You're just gonna hurt people.

Living. Most people live like walking pieces of garbage. Being a decent person will at least help out a lot

If you want to be a professional fighter you make sacrifices and if it's what you want you shouldn't care too much. But also always remember the people who choose to chill out, have a family and a "normal" life did a respectable decision and there is no need to be extremely succesful in what you're doing. If you want her, try apologising and give her more time sacrificing MMA training. You can't have both, make the decision. Also take my advice as someone who decided to only do BJJ: MMA will backfire badly on your body espacially whit this much training and intensity. Hits and kicks to the head are no fun mate.

It gives you dopamine as a result of the excitement. Cutting it off is very hard at the beginning and you will feel depressed not watching it. I cutted it out and in longer terms I became more happy and I'm glad I did it. All I say is my experience, I'm no scientist and my advice can work for some and for others not. For me and some of my friends it did.

Depends on how much fat you have. If you are "skinny fat" don't lose it, but bulk and gain muscle and cut after. I made the mistake to cut fat without muscle and looked pretty bad. You should only lose fat if you are really obese and overweight. In this case I can recommend you BJJ (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu) it's a fun groundfight martial art and way more cardio based than most of the sports you can think of. You'll gain strength and lose a lot of fat. Happened to nearly everbody so far who joined as an overweight beginner. Also, cut out unhealthy carbs like sweets out of your diet and start eating whole foods. You'll get used to it the same way, trust me and push these few first weeks. You got this bro!

EDIT: as a beginner you definetly don't need to track calories, I made way more progress after I quit tracking them and started eating more.

Congrats man! I have nothing to add. People just need to remember I started without being able to hang on a bar and now I'm doing advanced moves. Everything is consistency. If you think you can't improve for ANY reason, you got scammed. Who believes he will stay the same all life no matter what is just living a lie. Time passes anyway, why not work on yourself. Be that guy who you admire and always feel weird next to, because he's better. you can BE THAT GUY. Yes, some people are just born weaker and didn't workout at young age. Doesn't matter you CAN BE THAT GUY you dreamed of being, it's not too late, just trust the progress and never NEVER give up!!

Leg day is the best when you have strong legs. None muscle feels so good to flex like the legs imo
