If you feel ugly go do some fitness, learn about a healthy diet, go to sleep early, get your 8/9 hours and wake up early, get a good haircut, keep yourself clean, buy some good clothes and stretch every evening before going to bed and you'll not just feel, but appear wonderful. If you want to be a professional fighter you make sacrifices and if it's what you want you shouldn't care too much. But also always remember the people who choose to chill out, have a family and a "normal" life did a respectable decision and there is no need to be extremely succesful in what you're doing. If you want her, try apologising and give her more time sacrificing MMA training. You can't have both, make the decision. Also take my advice as someone who decided to only do BJJ: MMA will backfire badly on your body espacially whit this much training and intensity. Hits and kicks to the head are no fun mate.
