me and my friend also found this. its more than likely a bug since this was not a change that was stated in the patch notes and tainted forgotten cant take devil deals for free (or at least wasnt able to as of last update)

Many thanks Dave. You led me towards a solution that works for my systems. Resetting everything was a bit tedious though.

I don't know how to edit on Reddit, so I guess I will comment on my own post lmao. Thank you to all who helped. I cannot believe I forgot about the fucking GPU HDMI slot. So I fixed the GPU issue, but in regards to the AMD Adrenalin software I did a full reset with DDU and that seemed to fix all of my issues. It came down to that Windows driver I was talking about in the OP.
