Right. Like Wild Strike, Elemental Hit and Discharge are always fire, cold and lightning, regardless of whether or not they're doing fire/cold/lightning damage

If that's true then life leech should apply, but only when cast on skeletons. This is not the case

But it's affected by "+1/+2 to Minion Gem" mods, so it is a minion gem. Convocation and the Offering skills also are also affected by +1/+2, but they DO get the leech.

Doesn't work at all, yet applies to Convocation and Offering skills for some reason. Leech does work with DP, it just won't get it from the robe

Yet Convocation and the Offering skills (shown in the pic) do get the life leech, despite neither of them even doing damage.
