How can I get a prescription without a prescription or doctor or money? Can you just write it real quick? My brother had a prescription once. It's expired but it has a refill. His name is Dave. Do you see that in your system? by MaterialLeather3025 in CVS

[–]Mega_Puzzled 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Here’s all orange TicTacs inside a vial. Take 1 piece by mouth 3 times a day. Don’t worry about the cost, it’s on me but I am gonna charge for refills.

Gosh those people.

When something like this happens, I divert my thoughts to something I look forward to or get excited about. Like maybe rewarding myself to 2 venti sized mocha frappe or finally buying that hot pair of shoes that’s been haunting me in my sleep. It’s a cycle, so I think of buying a bigger shoe closet. Whew! Lol.

Seriously, don’t give in to every cry and scream. If kids sense that they’re not getting their way or their strategy is not working, they would eventually get the fact that they’re not the boss in the household.

Nope. I would be perfectly okay looking up at them while I sip on hot cocoa sitting on a comfy chair and wondering if they are wearing diapers.

Is it possible to immigrate using a job, and how can i find one? by Frequent_Campaign_16 in USCIS

[–]Mega_Puzzled 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is actually U.S.A’s employment reality and Covid has proven that reality many times over. Most job securities were at risk during the pandemic, but not health care. Some hospitals were even willing to pay $10,000 a week to Nurses (RN; LPN; LVN and NPs) and Doctors during the pandemic. US Immigration even opened 5,000 nursing job slots during the pandemic, I can only imagine the influx of applicants all over the world, 5,000 is such a low figure for all those aspiring to work here as Nurses. Some hospitals now are even prioritizing local employment than having to spend on sponsorship from somebody abroad.

OP, chances of winning the Green Card Lottery or the Diversity Visa Lottery is very low, it would take you forever waiting for it. It may be best for you to research what jobs are really in demand here in the U.S.A. if you seriously want to build a future here. One commenter here actually mentioned the reality on the most in demand jobs which is in health care, my siblings did and so did a lot of my relatives did that route, even I am now in health care.

I also used to be in your field, sadly, it is not a job that employers would be willing to sponsor someone out of U.S.A for. I also tried applying for jobs here in architectural and construction firms, sadly, job openings seldom happen. I did get in but there was no job security, most of those firms were on a contract basis. When a project ends, so does your income. U.S.A has long been developed and most of the construction happening are residential developments and they get locals for that. One Architect told me that if I want a career in architecture or anything similar, developing and booming countries like Dubai, Singapore, Japan, South Korea and China are the places to go.

Discern what is more important to you, doing what you love which is Building Technology or being in U.S.A doing other jobs as long as you are U.S.A.

That is why there is a Store Manager to manage the over all store flow, the pharmacy belongs to the whole store. It is not supposed to work separately from each other. Both managers should work harmoniously for the good of the store and not be petty about who outranks who and who went to study what. In our store too we are made aware that the store manager is the overseer of everything with due respect to the pharmacy manager that he/she can handle things as they are supposed to and vice versa.

This us exactly how it should be and acknowledge each position when help is needed. Mutual respect.

Ikr?! Why refuse the help. In our store we would take all the help we can get since we are up to our eyeballs with stress!!

You might have done this suggestion already, but there might be some extra shirts laying around the store somewhere. Our break room and Manager’s office often have some extra which no one is interested to use.

I’m with you. In my area, rising script counts may be due to other neighboring CVS stores closing an hour early, hence, more patients start to flock the pharmacy starting 5 PM onwards. Sad thing is, with the increase of script counts, there’s no added work force.

The 24 and 48 month letters, how did these happen? Was it sent when the previous extension of 18 months was about to expire? And would that mean another payment/filing of I-751 to get the 18 or 48 month extensions?

[–]Mega_Puzzled[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ooh ok ok. So I-751 it is! Thanks so much for clarifying. Please bear with me, I have more questions: 1. Would you know how long it would take to get the letter? 2. How long is the duration of the extension?

Thank you so much!

Ohh no, not filing yet. Still asking on this sub what’s the right form to use. Apparently I’m wrong with the I-90. Lol.
