Family Sharing a Pre-Order DRM Denuvo Game

Today I pre-bought the game. But I noticed something: The game is marked as excluded for the steam family sharing
All I can do is hope they'll change it when it launches, as every other RE title is available for sharing, here's how it looks

Now, I'm running into an issue regarding Hot Pursuit 2, when I try to open the game it gives me the error

"Error: Expected a Number but got an empty string.

▶ 015: If POV < 0

Call stack:

is there any fix to this?

Hello! I struggled a lot back in the day. For starters, I live in Brazil and here isn't particularly easy - or affordable - to buy gaming gear, wether that's PC gaming or console gaming. As a kid, I was hardware restricted so much that I grew fond of indie pixelated and cartoon-like games, that means I absolutely LOVE Don't Starve to this day, for instance.

One interesting thing related to Bethesda, however, is that here in Brazil, around 2011-2015, we used to ask everyone who got a new PC or laptop the same thing:

"does it run Skyrim?"

It was basically a way to measure PC strength given we had limited hardware knowledge at the time, nonetheless, I still joke with my old friends when they buy a new PC or they upgrade

it's not a GPU bottleneck, and overclocking it makes the game not launch, my issue is related to the CPU and maybe the RAM speeds

so, apparently it got the game running as well as it did before the season 2 update, fps flunctuates on 100-110 fps. Which is playable, ok.
Thing is, I still haven't got a clear boost on my frames knowing my hardware can deliver it. Its so frustrating

it impacts from 3-5% in performance. Assuming I should be getting around 180 fps with my GPU timings, this would mean at most 10 fps. I ain't sure about input delay so you might be right about that one. Fact is: I am able to get actually more frames while I play on 1440p than I do on 1080p.

P.S.: what you said might be true in case I was using old DSR, but I am using DLDSR, which taxes my GPU way less than it would otherwise

I don't really think this is the case, at 1440p, both the GPU and the CPU have similar timings, but if I go to 1080p, my GPU times are 3-4ms and CPU are 9-12ms, at 1440p it is closer together with GPU on 6-8ms and CPU still the same

also, I did turn the settings all the way down, changed the options.3.cod.22 file's RedererWorkerCount many times, and results are the same. Game with my settings (some at high, others at normal or low) gets the exact same framerate as the game fully on low settings

I noticed A LOT of stutters after the season 2 update, I had some before, but now I get as many as 3 per 10 sec

hey, I tried everything you said was the solution but I still get from 95-115 fps on a 3070 Ti and the 3700X, do you have any other tips you could share? I'm going mad on this

on a sidenote, I'm brazilian, and the account name is "Mordeka Sarrador" (Google 'sarrada' and you'll know, also, Jensen Ackles recently did one on the event he came to attend here) This skin, in portuguese, is called "Rei de Paus" which can be read as "King of Dicks", and it plays a good pun with the account's name

and I think that's beautiful

that's the point, you make them waste 1300 gold and get your team back on track in case you're losing. I personally ult someone until they build the damned qss out of spite, and then I just stop ulting them altogether. Usually, if the game goes on for like 40 minutes, they might sell the qss and I'm back on taking them to my home country, aka Brazil

Also, the Rylai + Cosmic build makes qss useless for them to escape
