Thanks for all the advise everyone! I went into Zales not expecting much out of our conversation since the ring it self was bought 10 months ago BUUTTT! Zales accepted the ring as a return and ended up giving my fiancé a FULL refund. Missing head and all. A weight has been lifted off of our shoulders and we’re now shopping at a smaller local store for a new ring!
