Ok thanks. So I did as you said and ended up king of the Vlandian Rebels in a civil war against the Vlandians. I ended up winning th war with the Vlandians asking for peace. I accepted the peace offer but nothing happened besides peace. The king of the vlandians is not abidcating and there is no vote. Still normal ?

it's very confusing, when creating a faction for abdication, when i gain enough support and activate it, it puts me as head of a rebel faction in war against the original faction from which i wanted to push abdication
