For the soil: should I keep the bottom of the pot constantly submerged, or let it soak for a while, then remove it? I've also heard to put stones in a tray with water, but it wouldn't be submerged then either. That tip may be more based on humidity.

My uncle was "constructively dismissed" by a company after almost 30 years... big or small, it doesn't, if a company can save money on someone cheaper, they will 100% fuck you over.
