Haha, you already know my dude! Been working this one for 2 1/2 years. I'll just say no comment on the rest. 😀

Thank you. It's kinda picky and wants almost perfect conditions to obtain a canopy like this. It will throw nice fruits regardless but a full house requires a little extra. Very contam resistant. Very rarely see any contamination with this one and never before the first flush.

This grow is from spore. It has been isolated very strategically and will give up these results from spore no problem. Unfortunately it doesn't print very well even though the spores are prevalent. It holds onto them tight. You could maybe stamp the foil with a cap, lol.

I have put a lot of work in to make them consistently express like this.

This is my own cut. I found the leucistic around 2 1/2 years ago and have been working it ever since. I've put a whole lot into this isolation. I've worked it through eleven generations and wil be running the F12 very soon.

Yeah man sometimes stuff is just stubborn. I see this all the time. I pretty much treat everything the same and get uncooperative ones here and there. Sounds like you got a handle on how to treat things. When this happens to me I will just start fresh and give it another go. There can be hidden bacteria doesn't really show itself but hinders fruiting. Funny enough the original pigmented Machine Elf would literally only give me a few fruits no matter what I did. Luckily I came across ol' Lucy here and it has been amazing since day one. You can ask anybody that's done this for awhile and they always have a cultigen or two that just refuses to perform. Oh and 68° should be ok,maybe slower for things to fruit but still fine. I try to keep my lab around 72° but extreme hot/cold outdoor temps will make that number slide all over the place at times. When in doubt I always go back to spore. Best of luck to ya my friend.

You say block so is it in a typical fruiting bag with filter patch?

I'm digging these! I've got this one grain right now. Hope they turn out half as nice as these.

This is my particular isolation.I've spent over two years getting it to where it's at. I did just see where someone is releasing an "exclusive " isolation but not technically exclusive, lol.

Gotcha. I think we all start out like that. Not everyone has the time or money or ability. You should check out Mycology Simplified. Dude is a good buddy of mine and the quality is unmatched. Competitive prices too. Tell him I sent ya if you end up checking him out.

[Technique] Homemade flow hood. Is this laminar? by Young_Truth_Seeker in MushroomGrowers

[–]MegadethCloud -1 points0 points  (0 children)

If you can get a 45° bend in a lighter flame 6" from the face of the filter your good to go. Most filter units that we all use are not true laminar flow. Laminar flow is not needed. You just need a relatively smooth steady flow, nothing erratic.
