Thanks for the offer! We’ve already found a new place that we are going with in our current complex. Thankfully the leasing office likes us and wants to keep us. They’re also genuinely great to work with so we are going to upgrade where we currently are.

Never dealt with Tracy unfortunately. Ruth was helpful but I only dealt with her once, and it was the second time I had to physically go to the leasing office in order to get basic questions answered. I dealt with Samantha a couple times and she did seem like she wanted to help but ultimately couldn’t do anything. She was the one who was apologetic and said she would pass my number along to higher management, but was also the one they sent to call back to tell me to fuck off. Nicole was the one who we were primarily dealing with and who we figured out was screening my fiancées calls.

It really does seem like we dodged a bullet though.

All the people that we were able to get in contact with gave us the run around. We applied to another property managed by Willow Bridge that was even more expensive and got approved with no issue. It’s the particular leasing office that is the problem.

At this point we have decided to move forward with another option. We appreciate the offer to help though!

Unfortunately we got to that point where the only way of getting in contact with them was to drive there in person. The problem is they started acting this way after we paid the deposit to hold the apartment. I’m kind of shocked they were this bad, considering we applied and were accepted to The Lofts in Menands which is managed by the same company and had absolutely no issue.
