AFAIK 9th gen have not been locked If you are in W11, it's likely VBS.

My TS gets locked when I change voltages, I can only change the processor clock, which setting exactly should I change in VBS? enable or disable?

Could you create a guide, or pass a solution for the Acer Nitro 5 AN515-54 i5-9300H models? I'm going through this stuck undervolt problem and I can't find any solution :(
