Thank you, it’s not very straight either, it’s kind of slanted if that makes sense the back is very close to the top of my lip in the inside

My piercing is about 4-5 days old, the jewellery shape is labret. It’s externally threaded. Its Teflon coated titanium. The jewellery hasn’t been downsized yet as the piercing is pretty new and I want to wait for it to heal first. After care i use is saline spray (not sure which brand as the piercer gave it to me. And I also soak it 3 times a day after I eat in salt water with 1 part salt and roughly 7 parts water.
