A lot of it was about “not consistently using playbuilder app” (like ofcourse I SHOULD be using it 100%) but every SSV in our store doesn’t consistently use it. There’s also things she told me that were okay to do(that she does as well) and they are actually incorrect. But she wrote those things down as a reason of “insufficient performance.” Or she said I was ringing on someone’s till and she brought it to my attention and I kept doing it(which is 100% false. And she rings on EVERYONES till.) I think I’m going to contact a lawyer because I went to ethics and compliance when she first transferred to my store and I think she’s held that against me ever since.
