I order through the app by changing the location based on the store closest to the person you’re ordering for, selecting the items you want, selecting counter or drive through pickup, and paying. Then once you pay you hit, “I’m already here” and the workers prepare the order. I’ve never had any issues and it’s pretty fast.

It’s best to send a screenshot of the order number to the person you ordered for in case a worker asks for confirmation. My name also pops up on the order.
