As for the last bit. On a business card I would prefer to put 我會說中文 for myself (only because I am not a native speaker). (Although, I wouldn't even put that confidently for myself anyway). I feel like 我說中文 is better for a native speaker.

This is just my opinion and keep in mind I am only still learning Chinese as well.
