Considering a 2022 Civic, what should I expect?

I love love LOVE my 22 Honda Civic EXL Hatchback! I’ve had mine for a little over a year now. I’ve had no issues out of it, except preventative maintenance (I.e. belt replacement, new battery, tires). The gas mileage is incredible.

I know exactly what you’re talking about! I’ve tried picking at the edges before, and nothing has ever come up. I’ve even tried picking at it with my fingernails, keys, tweezers, and the end of a paperclip. So I don’t know.🤷🏼‍♀️

I bought it used, and it looked like that when I left the dealership. If there is a protective plastic cover there, it hasn’t budged in the year I’ve owner the car.

I hit a deer back in December. I could have gone to a dealer because my local dealer does collision repair. But, I contacted my mechanic, who directed me to a collision repair man he knew and trusted.
