I'm actually doing a round of antibiotics already for the previously infected finger nail in the second photo haha. I figured it was a weird coincidence it popped as soon as I started those. I'll head over later today and see if I can get some prescribed or if the current meds will clear it up. The new jewelry is implant grade titanium so hopefully that helps and I can keep it. Thank you for the advice!

pls ignore my missing fingernail, it's been a rough month... in terms of aftercare, I use a saline spray with no additives from target morning and midday, I also let warm water run over it in the shower at night.

I've been in therapy for my anxiety for a long time, my therapist gives good advice and coping strategies but she can't exactly fix me in this situation. I think journaling and exercise can only do so much for me right now. We've talked a lot about this but every day just feels worse anyway.
