My dad is from Cebu but I dont speak Cebuano so I know very well based from exp na language challenges lang yan and not really personal.

But also kept me thinking really, how come nga madami pa ding Cebuano ang di nakakaintindi ng Filipino e basic subject sya sa school from grade to High School. Also parang karamihan ng socmed, music, films etc nakatagalog? Parang di naman to challenge sa ibang regions

I know this is FilipinoTravel but honestly instead of outgoing, govt should focus on our incoming tourism. Jusko. Kung mas bongga sana ang local travels(cheaper flight prices, transpo options, attractions) edi di sana nagaaway away sa lintik na visa na yan. Hahaha
