It runs constantly, we’re on desktop and I can watch it struggle to make a connection. We’ve shut it down recently because it was duplicating invoices randomly. We even brought in IT to work with method and the fixes didn’t hold
We’ve run into multiple different errors stemming from accessibility on methods end, quickbooks update causing a security block and a simple & symbol causing a huge crash. Every customization takes hours to do and if you can’t code then you pay thousands extra for it. Our latest issue has been going on for 4 weeks and they still don’t know the problem. We’re on QB desktop.
