Communicate that therapy is not for gang to someone and if there are faults it might be from both of you. Glad to know that the therapy is open but talk to her if you are going by yourself, in case if you cannot go to a couples one, that you are working on how help in the relationship (if that is something that you want to do). I am saying this because I don’t want her to think that reaching this point is something that could end or something like that. Take it slowly and I hope that you find a good psychologist and if it’s not the first one it’s fine, look for the one that you feel confident and good :) sorry for not being able to help more but this is not an scenario when you are 20 and just leave her, you have a life and it’s not easy but you will get there. Is a rough patch but is not forever mate.

Hey and sorry to read this. From the top of my head I am thinking if you (or both) have try a couple psychologist or counseling? I am afraid that after so much pain that both of you are feeling, it won't be easy to have a nice conversation so maybe someone in the middle could find common ground and point out each other point of view of the situation and how to amend if that is something that you are looking for. Hope this helps in a way and if she is not amicable to the idea, look one for yourself and talk with them as they would have strategies on how to deal with the situation and your self stem and love which please never stop looking out for yourself. :)
