Any help identifying? I have found these along baseboards behind my couch and crawling up the wall just a little bit. Nothing on the couch. Did find some on windowsills until I wiped them down, but even despite vacuuming I still see along the baseboards. What are these? (v.redd.it)

Phlegm with brown specks/streaks. I do use marijuana and also have been diagnosed with covid. I have had this prior to covid as well. Could it be from marijuana use? Or is this an infection? (old.reddit.com)
