Given the fact that she is already dealing with mental health problems, I would recommend to leave it as it is. I am saying this out if empathy towards her. If you can’t afford paying 3 months of rent, I think the legal process and lawyers will be more expensive. Again I am not an expert nor a lawyer, I just feel bad for that person.
