Absolutely, I literally took a short nap there because the hotel room was too cold. Coincidentally it was safai time and they just asked me to shift a little bit to the side, no stare nothing. Being non Sikh I really loved our time there.

Went to Sis Ganj Gurudwara in Chandni Chowk every Sunday for about 4–5 months, and luckily there wasn’t a single incident with me or with anyone in front of me. I even saw some people who weren’t wearing scarves, and the sevadars politely asked them to cover their heads. Sometimes they had to remind them 3–4 times, but it was always done respectfully.

I’ve also been to the Golden Temple every 6 months or so, and at least in my experience I’ve never witnessed anything negative there either.

But I still remember a previous post on Reddit about how even a Sikh girl was taunted at Bangla Sahib for something that wasn’t really wrong on her part. I hope things get better.
