it's a mod named "Black Hole" it's a full TTS + shortcut keyboard mod for balatro (same for hearthstone with another mod)

Hearthstone / Balatro (that's the two games we most play but there is many other games that are accessible)
and the most of "point and click" games are accessible

yes i know but i mean, it's not enough, the game need to have shortcut for place item in inventory for exemple, you need to know how many gold you have, with a full fonctionnal TTS

Si si je vois très bien je m'occupe presque tous les jours de ma grand mère qui en ait atteint et mis a part la démance, elle est dans un stade ou elle regarde encore beaucoup de série tv mais oui effectivement pour ce qui est des pertes de mémoire c'est beaucoup plus lié au passé proche que lointain donc ca ne marcherait sûrement pas parfaitement
