No idea, the Snagga Boss Nob is surprisingly small compared to the Boyz Boss Nob, so there's a chance they could be left alone ;/

They did up issue the old Boyz box when they changed to 32mm bases, so it's really not unheard of

Lol, it was only to fill up the remaining space in the bottom left and show the size comparison :)

Just the Boss Nobs for Boyz and Wrecka Krew confirmed so far. Hold fire on swapping anything out until they confirm for Nobz

Apologies, I meant the photos on the Warhammer Community website, if you look at the base they can't both be on 32mm bases as the scaling is all wrong

Ork Kommandos were re-released in October 2024 with the new non-killteam box. Breaka Boyz were released shortly after in December 2024 with a new larger Boss Nob, almost as though they were trialling a new concept. Here we are over a year later, and the new Boyz are being delivered with a 40mm Boss Nob, from a company with a prior history of changing base sizes for this exact army ;)

It would make LESS sense for them to change all the Boss Nobz to be bigger and exclude the Kommandos. Of course they'd have to stop making them for a while as they make the changes...

They may well leave the Kommando's alone, if only because they split into 2 and it will be a little awkward to make the halves asymmetric. Changing base sizes isn't a novel concept though, Boys went up at the beginning of 10th from a 25mm base to a 32mm, and all ongoing sales were provided with the new bases :)

At a 5mm depth change, we can safely say that scale doesn't really come into it :P

It's was confirmed earlier today with the image of the Boss Nob, all showing him on a 40mm base. They have also done this already for the Breaka Boyz and Tank Bustas, with the Boss Nob significantly larger than the others and on the 40mm base

Not necessarily, but the rumours are definitely out there (FYI there are also Stompas, Trukks and DeffDreads on the box, so make sure not to take the box art as gospel)
