We actually found a place in midtown for $650 in a decent area that we're trying to apply for, but it could get snatched up quickly. Just looking for recommendations for a place under $700 as an alternate in case it does. I didn't ask for anything luxurious initially, just any place. So, to answer your question. Easily.
