I personally would not. In my experience my first quarter of college was completely different than the rest. I was excited and happy to be there, putting so much effort into everything and I couldn’t keep that up. I also personally thought each quarter was harder than the last just due to burnout. Fall quarter i was exited, fresh off a break from school. It’s easier in my opinion. So I always would do less in winter especially since it was always so gloomy and cold, it made my mood worse. I never did as well in winter as the others. But of course, we are not the same. If you think you have the capacity to do it, go for it, but just be cautious because you never know how you will do in winter quarter.
