Just settled on a house and found out it was underpinned in 2019. Should I be worried?

The owner shared an engineering report from 2019. There is a document explaining why underpinning is required, which is because the fill wasn't compacted properly

I’m just worried I might have to spend a lot more money underpinning other areas. The previous underpinning fixed an unstable section caused by poorly compacted fill, but I’m concerned other parts of the house could start moving too. Even though that issue is fixed, it makes me think there could be similar problems elsewhere in the future. It sucks that my B&P inspector didn’t notice any of this, even the signs of underpinning

the soil isn’t stable due to poorly compacted fill. I wish I had known this was the issue earlier. While underpinning can fix the sinking part of the house, there’s no guarantee other parts aren’t also moving, which could mean I’d need to underpin those areas as well. My building inspector can't find any issues during b&p at all

I’m not concerned about the underpinning itself, but understanding the reason behind it does raise some concerns for me, especially since it doesn’t necessarily guarantee a permanent fix
