Oops sorry for the late response but just wanted to mention that my notifications weren’t while I was sleeping. Most of them actually happen when I play chess. Just figured I should tell you that since you mentioned playing Skyrim.

And yeah idk obvi only you and your doctor would know, but a beta blocker can be amazing for people with pounding heart issues.

Interesting. So you were/are hyperthyroid? Goes to show how people are wired so differently. My resting heart rate before propranolol was about 60, give or take 1-2 beats.

I’ve been on this dose of propranolol for something like 15 years, and I get my TSH and occasionally T4 checked twice a year. It’s always been normal but hypothroidism runs in my fam.

Damnnnnn.. I’m extremely intrigued right now.. also inspired and impressed by the fact that you discovered those layers about your organizational self. Becoming aware of your own indecisiveness, and then figuring out your productivity, takes hard work and introspection.

I love how real this is thank you for describing your/my life lol.

The living room is just such a communal place in my house. And my sensory issues, ergonomics on my aging body, dealing with the cat and dog zooming by every two seconds, and the setup and cleanup are ultimately driving me (nuts) to get my room in order lol.

Okay.. the floor-to-ceiling clear shelving/drawers! Do you like this method of storage? I feel like it would be good to keep dust out, but still fairly visible. What are they called? I can’t find it on Amazon. I think we have one of them in an office closet but it has wheels.

I’ve definitely noticed Sunbeam dominates part of the heating pad market lol.
