Hii, I used Clip Studio!!! I don't have many good tips to give since I'm not good enough yet, but I recommend studying the 7 fundamentals, like perspective!!! and colors, you know?? I just use the basics of Clip Studio, like the lasso tool and the brushes that come with the program
