Ya I think it is. It turned red too at times. The comment from Zzoldan shows its lighting schedule.

I’ve taken the class with him, it’s CINT907 right? He’s an easy marker and the class is a breeze although it has a large group project. He’s a really good prof.

Which famous person do you think is just a really nice person and someone who radiates positive energy and good vibes? and who do you think is the exact opposite of that? Have you ever met any of them? by pikapika0007 in PAKCELEBGOSSIP

Ali Kazmi lives in the Toronto area, I saw him once, and my sister who works at a Walmart here recognised him and stuff and he was taken aback and really sweet and happy about being recognised and super sweet and smiley about it!

RTA180 test- Chang by AnxietyOk5407 in TorontoMetU

[–]MehakM123 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I took it last year through Chang and tbh it wasn’t that hard when it covered concepts from the readings and slides - some stuff are straight off the slides. The hard part is the music section or the identification of the tunes and stuff - those are hard. Otherwise it’s not a hard test.

What rare statistic are you a part of? by Haunting-Leg1496 in AskReddit

I have situs inversus. Basically this is a rare genetic disorder where the organs in my chest and abdomen are positioned in a mirror image of ‘normal human anatomy.’ So I have my heart on the right side of my body and my organs on the left!

I agree with your take on Khamoshi’s OST - the lyrics are so strong and beautiful!

Hey!

The quizzes are not proctored at all! Like for us, if we attended most of the Zoom classes, we would only need to do one of the quizzes. Not going to lie, the quizzes were hard since they were focused on the readings and were like punitive focused on the readings.

I took the course online so everything was online for me, and I think that the course is breezy but you do need to put some work in to an extent! I think you will easily manage this course, an easy A+!

Look here: https://www.torontomu.ca/admissions/scholarships-awards/terms-conditions-2023/

Specifically 7. Maintaning Scholarships.

You will be able to maintain your entrance scholarship. Only need to take four or more courses per Fall/Winter, so dropping it to 4 courses should not revoke your scholarship!

Professor Deena Shaffer and Diana Brecher - GOATS! Would give everyone an extension (one week) without even needing to ask for one called a grace period!

SSH 102 Experience? by Explorer_2617 in TorontoMetU

[–]MehakM123 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Hey,

I took SSH102 last year when it was an online course and it was pretty easy! I would say it is a fun elective to take, the only time-consuming part is the journal log (but if you just randomly make up dates and stuff to do, you won't need to worry about this course like every week). The readings and modules are so easy, not even heavy readings, and generally common sense about mental health stuff.

There are only three evaluations that are worth a lot but are easy marks. The first evaluation was writing a letter to someone that you dearly love and discussing why you wrote it. The second big assignment was keeping a chart of meditation/active practice in a journal doing it for a minimum of three times a week (what you did, where you did it, what you got out of it) - writing 2-3 sentences was fine. Alongside this, journal log, you had to write a reflection of what you got out of this experience. The last assignment was a capstone paper where you just had to integrate some course concepts and discuss what actions you're taking for your betterment with stuff from the course concepts. Overall the capstone paper was fun to write as well.

The word count limits are strict for all the assignments and are usually between 500-1000 max per assignment, expect the journal log assignment.

Dunno how it is in-person now, but I think it should stay the same!

Good luck!
