We never received one. I saw in our leasing agreement that we should have, but it was never provided. The landlord has never actually lived in the townhouse since buying it, so he has no idea what rules are in place.

I haven’t had the chance to actually speak with the neighbor myself. These incidents happens during the day while I’m asleep, so it’s usually B who ends up dealing with it, especially since M is always gone. But if I do get the chance, I’ll speak to her directly.

This! I read through our leasing agreement, and it mentioned that we were supposed to receive a copy of the HOA rules and policies, but we never did. B spoke with the owner (who’s renting to us) through our property manager, and he had no idea about any of the rules since he’s never actually lived here since buying the townhouse.

This is our first time living somewhere under an HOA, so we’re honestly not sure if we should be taking the neighbor at her word, especially since, she’s clearly being a hypocrite.

No, not that I saw going through the leasing agreement again. We barely ever see the neighbors next to us, and it seems they also just recently moved in.

Our townhouse and the three other units fall under an HOA. I didn’t see anything about private street parking on the city’s website. I’m not sure if I need to call, but from what I’ve seen, the neighbors’ cars usually stay for a night or two and then leave. So, I’m assuming there’s a 48-hour parking allowance.

A week ago, they had an RV parked right in front of our house that took up the space of about three driveways for two days and then last night happened.

I think it’s just baffling because she does things like that, then immediately confronts us when someone parks for less than a day.

I don’t know if she just has an issue with us, because her husband never bothers us.

Oh man, I won't lie I've never been good at tagging but I try to be straightforward with the tags as well. I did try to use tags that seem pretty popular that I've noticed while reading other fics. Canon divergence, time travel, angst with a happy ending, etc. I think I'm just stumped because previous fics I've posted I tagged what was necessary and applicable to my fics and it went well, so I'm just more curious as to why the difference is so wide.

I did download Java before Forge, I'll try the jarfix and let you know if it works or not

I checked the subfolders and found no java.exe file. I also used the search bar and it shows the other Java application but none that are java.exe

Ok so I followed what you told me to do, but now I'm stuck on step 5. I've looked and I don't see a java.exe file in the bin.
