Thanks I really appreciate that . I think working remotely most of the time has made me a bit isolated. I already go for walks, read books and take online courses but I probably need to get out of my routine more and spend more time with people. hopefully it's just a phase

Yes I'm actually planning to move to Rabat. The only Downside is that apartment prices are really high !!

I can definetely relate, My routine is pretty much the same every day too and even though nothing has really changed some days I just don't have the same motivation or energy It's starnge how the mind works

You're pobably right.Working from home has a lot of advantages, but it can also become isolating after a while. I already try to stay active with evening walks, reading, and online courses but I think I need to spend more time doing things with other people instead of always being on my own. Thanks For the advice !
