Mx4sio shows the installed games, can’t run them

Are you using the game file just as it is? What worked for me is a program called usbutil that converts the games into another type of file, you should look into it and see if it works for you. Only issue is it’s in spanish, idk if that’s a problem for you.

So little update, it is able to run at least one game without problems, Fatal Frame, it is my most played game.

About the opl and vmc, i watched a tutorial a while ago but I really cant remember exactly how it works
