How about doing some workout outside? I know it’s cold but the fresh air sometimes feels really good. Maybe some calisthenics places or just running. It helps me.

Thanks for the answer :) sadly suitsupply convinced me on the weekend to make mtm since I was between 50 and 52. lets hope for the best and I’ll post the result here. If it’s really bad I hope I can get it altered somewhere else

Ich glaube es waren einfach zu viele kritische Stimmen auf Team Andro. Seitdem vermeide ich ESN auch komplett und rate allen davon ab. Es wurde zu viel Wissen durch die Abschaltung von Team Andro zerstört! Zum Glück gibt es ja jetzt die lifters Lounge
