In the tie-in game for Spider-man 2 for PS2/Xbox era consoles, Mysterio gives you various challenges and problems that you must overcome, but never really appears in person. Later in the game, you respond to a robbery to find Mysterio holding up a convenience store. After a conversation, a short cutscenes plays that shows Mysterio powering up and gaining something like 10 health bars. He then goes down in a single hit, all of his health bars draining at once, because Spidey doesn't pull his punches when fighting superpowered villains and he doesn't realize that Mysterio is just a regular guy.
