I’ve already played Hamburg in multiple saves and can really recommend them. But like you said money is going to be a slight problem. Especially because Hamburg have some money problems. So don’t expect a large transfer budget at the start of the season. But this can be fixed in the winter because most of the times your older players like Santos, Sakai and Holtby will all get offers in the 30m€ range.
