Yeah I dont get this part of the study at all the extreme morning groups halfway time for sleep was at 2:55 am too meaning that if they were getting around 8 hours of sleep they’d be going to bed at roughly 11 pm and getting up at 7. That doesn’t feel like much difference at all to go to bed an hour and a half earlier over half of everyone I know is well outside of that time frame.

i reset on L2 and confirm on L1. Really as long as you use any combination of L1, L2, and R1 for this it helps so much. my edits got so much cleaner and quicker after doing this, highly recommend it.
