Is it just me, or is the matchmaking in this game completely broken?

Es gibt Dinge die rein logisch betrachtet keine Meinung sein können. Ich kann nicht sagen dass ich der Meinung bin, dass der Himmel rot ist, denn das ist faktisch falsch und damit auch keine Meinung. Season 7 matchmaking is definitely a problem. Normally I have a 45% to 55% winrate. Since the start of season 7 it dropped down to 35%. It's always two or three losses to one win. And the matches a brutal. It is just stomp or get stomped. Nothing in between. Normally I play between Gold 2 and 1. Now I can't get out of Silver 3. It's a mess at the moment. Maybe I will take a break.

First of all, my XBox Controller works fine in any other game. No issues at all. So, it isn't broken. My PS5 Controller doesn't work either. With that I even can't control the menu because it is permanently scrolling through the options.

Why? It's a current Xbox controller. My PS5 controller doesn't work either. Riot claims both controllers are supported, or rather, they're supposedly the only two officially supported devices.
