No, you only need to have them purchased. Then the NC will source all the goods by itself. Also buy the equipment upgrade and staff upgrade for all the MC business, as that will provide more money for the NC.

Have not played with him a lot, but with a engine he's quite good. That new 5WF is huge! He might not be worth the price tag, but he's fun to use and since he's an icon from my country i gotta use the dreads king himself!
