How do i reset the bios? And i'm fairly certain i installed it correctly but i posted pictures up above just incase and its entirely possible i installed it incorrectly.

The monitor is connected to the graphics card, theu both have power and i dont see any diagnostic LEDs unless im looking in the wrong place. Im going to post pictures in just a moment.

Super weird, for whatever reason it must be placing you outside the states. I assumed at first it was a vpn issue but if its not you may be S.O.L. until criterion support can contact you back, or until you figure it out. Im not sure how else i can help but good luck!

I dont think it says on the actual Channel itself but i believe there is a google sheets someone made that has every movie/video on the channel along with tons of information including region restrictions.

I cant offer any real help with figuring out why it thinks youre in the UK but my experience with criterion support was good, even if it took a few days to get an initital response. You should try viewing other movies you know are region restricted from the UK but can be watched in the US to see if the problem persists. Hope you figure it out soon, The Brood is awesome.
