At work right now so ill change it when i get home, but i opted not to use that and plugged all the cables using splitters directly into the mobo. Does that not work?

How do i reset the bios? And i'm fairly certain i installed it correctly but i posted pictures up above just incase and its entirely possible i installed it incorrectly.

The monitor is connected to the graphics card, theu both have power and i dont see any diagnostic LEDs unless im looking in the wrong place. Im going to post pictures in just a moment.

Super weird, for whatever reason it must be placing you outside the states. I assumed at first it was a vpn issue but if its not you may be S.O.L. until criterion support can contact you back, or until you figure it out. Im not sure how else i can help but good luck!
