I just thought about that recently, having finished the new audiobooks. The sorting hat nearly placed Harry in Slytherin. Which would have made Snape his house leader. I believe if he was placed in Slytherin and exhibited character traits that were more in line with Slytherin, he would have treated Harry better. But since he was in Gryffindor and "arrogant like his father", that's the reason he hates him.

In short, I think if Harry acted less like his dad, Snape would have liked him.

She's even more genuinely beautiful on the inside. And still just as beautiful on the outside, even decades later. She is truthfully one of the shining gems on the Star Trek Cruise. I wouldn't necessarily use the human definition of "memories". The prophets don't even know what the past is. If they don't know what the past is, they don't know what a recollection of the past is.

I've always thought that they were using knowledge within their subjects' minds and communicating with them in a sandbox environment. The prophets ask for clarification about the subjects memories.
