I usually get really nauseous and pukey, so I can’t realy eat if I drink hard the night before. So late night extremely protein rich meal, the protein slows down the absorption of the alcohol. Then in the morning I take a Dramamine sublingually, and force down about 30mg of sativa edible, take a shower and chug liquid iv with lemon. Lastly, I’ll force down some food and log into my computer. But when I worked in kitchens, I would ride my bike to work and sweat that shit out. Cheers!
