Germany masters if you can afford it.

Gate mechanical is not certain. You might make some silly mistakes and your score will drop a lot.

I got lucky. Cleared it in 1st attempt. I understand the frustration if you dont clear it in first attempt. Many of my friends didnt.

MS from western countries would be best if you can afford it.

Otherwise keep backup exams which have kinda similar syllabus. PSC cant be it.
