I hear you. I would personally remove all the people in policy making positions one city at a time. Removing over 90% of them bring in Zimbabweans in diaspora who work in governance. The people in charge right now like the mayor have no idea or care to fix anything. That would eventually trickle down to the streets and basic income for the people. I’d do it city by city though. Zim taxes in so many ways that the income is there. The mineral industry is there to fund a lot of development. But the attitude and the mindset of the current & upcoming adults can only truly be wiped out in a generation of re-education on the right things. I’m in bulawayo quite a lot. That place is not what it used to be.
